Mario Mauro

Senior Advisor

Mario Mauro has extensive experience in both Italian and European institutions. At the national level, he served as Minister of Defense and as a Senator of the Italian Parliament. At the European level, he was a Member of the European Parliament, where he also held the position of Vice-President. In 2018, he founded Meseuro, a strategic consultancy firm for companies, trade associations, and institutions. He also serves as Director of Meseuro’s Center for Studies on Europe, which focuses on strategic analysis and geopolitical outreach.

Chartered accountant specialized in taxation and business growth, she has over ten years of experience in the financial management of leading companies, industry associations, and major industrial groups. At Meseuro, she oversees the financial management of operations and handles the company’s business development, providing clients with high-level expertise tailored to corporate needs.

Aerospace & Defence Senior Advisor

Reserve Air Force General, engineer with expertise in airworthiness regulations, for which he served as national representative in NATO and EDA forums. He also possesses extensive knowledge of international industrial cooperation, having worked for many years on industrial return programs in the Defense sector.

With a background in law, he specialized in lobbying and advocacy. As a manager, he leads Meseuro’s team in the areas of public policy and government affairs. Before joining Meseuro, he gained several years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, managing institutional relations for leading multinational companies. He also acquired extensive experience in institutional communication, working with trade associations and, subsequently, at the European Parliament Liaison Office in Milan.

Alessandro Cinciripini

Public Policy & Government Affairs Senior Consultant

Graduated in International Relations with a focus on European affairs and the Near East, he has gained experience in the Western Balkans and in institutional communication at the Embassy of Italy in Amman and the European Parliament Liaison Office in Milan. He contributes to the group’s work with the solid experience acquired in the field. He writes about the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and defense for two news outlets and coordinates the geopolitical analysis department of Meseuro’s Center for Studies on Europe.

Graduated in European and International Policies, after completing an internship at the European Parliament in Brussels and another at the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy, she specialized in lobbying and institutional relations. With solid expertise in European regulation on transparency and lobbying, she coordinates, within the Meseuro team, the compliance and integrity policy service.
