How the “spazzacorrotti” law could wipe away political commitment
We propose the editorial of the former parliamentarian Paolo Alli on IlSussidiario.net about the possible regulatory results of Law 3/2019 (“spazzacorrotti”)
This law equates political parties and movements with foundations, associations and committees whose governing bodies is determined in whole or in part by party resolutions or political movements, and with all those that have administrators or former public administrators in their governing bodies.
It is clear that all this would entail a limitation for those who have worked in politics.
Does it still make sense to talk about commitment to the common good?
